It is SOO necessary to be able to cursor nudge more OR less than a frame.

SB doesn't get that fact, neither does Fredo.
Even when there was a thread on the Ncom forums and users agreed, Fredo fought it tooth and 10 penny.

There are a multitude of reasons for it. Even user assignable.

I agree, but theres a pretty easy workaround.
ust make a few move commands with PLE and you can get any Nudge value you desire.

Yes. Very much so. I need 1/2 frame moves all the time.
