Okay.

the fender in the back, I built. Scalloped neck/graphite nut, Fender Deluxe Schallers, All the electronics were replaced.

In the neck, I put in a Dimarzio HS3. I Like it with the right amp/sim.

The bridge Humbucker is still stock. I am getting tired of it.

I am thinking of replacing it with a Dimarzio PAF Pro.
Anyone know about this pickup? Any experience?
Any other thoughts?

move into the 21st century and a get a Roland VG-99 with a Gk3a pickup and never get bored again ;)

here are some clips done with VG-99 only (http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_music.cfm?bandID=853668)

Sacrelige Rob!!!!

Guitars are made of wood, with strings and copper coiled around magnets....they are plugged into real tangible amplifiers, this becomes loud and beautifully obscene :) Its not that hard is it? ROR!!

There is no Virtual in guitarland for me....its close but no cheese I am afraid....I feel so unvibed playing some variaxe VG-wobble business!!!

LEX go and get a Seymour Duncan that suits the flavour you want.....I always thought they were nice and hot with some great 'crack' in them for the bridge....

I have 2 guitars with SD already. Was thinking of changing up a bit and trying out Dimarzio.

Can't help with any DiMarzio suggestions... been using active EMG's since 1987.

You may want to consider a Seymour Duncan P-Rails. I put one in my American Standard Strat a while back and have been quite happy with it. The humbucker sounds fairly good - but the P90 just rocks....!

I used two pull-pots and wired it so that I can have the P90 single coil, the "Rails" single, or the humbucker in either series or parallel.
