C5 users - Let's seee what is going on....

Since C5 is in the wild, I would like to ask all the users who have it to post specific Problems, workarounds, and even new things like this:

C5 [Bug] or [workaround] [Tip/Trick], ect - Routing

In the message, state what is going on and see if others can confirm it or not.

If it is an old C4 but, just State C4/C5 [Bug].

Those who can and are willing, please make an on screen video.

Post it on your youtube account and PM it to me. I have created a YouTube Cubendo Channel so everything can be put and categorized based on what it falls under.

Together we'll be able to create a far greater ability to show what is going on and it is something that would probably help Brian.

Great idea. C5 is arriving here on Thurs. We'll see if the snap bug is fixed. If not, thatd' have to be one of the first candidates.

Oh. Regardless of what I said prior in the "who is going to get C5" thread, I am going to get it so I can help test.

Hopefully we'll be able to do something productive here and again with the Help of Brian, maybe make some strides.

Remember, we are in control here. I know there is alot of discontent, but we can make our individual jobs easier by helping each other.

Let's try to make it like the Nuendo 2 forum days when users were online and happy to help each other.

We have the opportunity to make this community that way.

Having an SRC key , all I needed were the installers to be able to get C5 running , which have been forwarded to me , so I'll get into some low latency/MP performance scaling comparisons to see whether any work has been done in that area.

Wow, that must make me the first kid off the bloc in Oz , won't Steini be pleased.. :eusa_whistle:

I am looking forward to adding a chapter and expanding my scaling shoot out reports further.

I'll be also checking for the usual suspects..

Not it isn't bashing. If you get C5, let us know your thoughts, experiences, pros/cons, etc.

I'm planning to order it in the next day or two and run it on Vista 64 from time to time as a slave system to Nuendo - both standalone and VST System link hopefully.
