WTF..., now we have search engine bots changing passwords .. ??

Nah it's cool. The bots explore every link rather they have access or not. Like, the Google Spider likes to look at the calendar all the time and tries to create events.

It's probably trying to add the dates of Viagra conventions and such. :rotfl:

These bots try to modify the calendar, their password, etc? Why? I can't see why a bot should need to write data on any 3rd party site - they are supposed to simply crawl for their own database info. Any way to give it something juicy to choke on? lol

Google needs to keep it's spider fingers to itself. I found out the other day in looking at my website states that my business site has 3 sites listed as "referring sites" that I've never heard of in my life, much less visited, much less submitted a link to. Let me guess - Google is passing around more than just data on websites it crawls through. The line between virus and Google/Yahoo seems to be blurring.

I also noticed Cubendo is showing up as a referring site multiple times, with dead links, even though I don't have my business website or email listed anywhere on this site (not in posts, profile, etc).

That's all the information they need to make connections.
