THose with Cubase 5....

For those who have Cubase 5, can you take a small amount of time and confirm if the bugs in the bugbase still exist or not?

Also, if you find a "new" bug, please make it known in the thread title so it can be tracked.

That is why I am asking that users post prrvious bugs in C5(from 4) and new ones in C5 in the title.

That way it can be tracked.

WE all know SB/Cubase.net isn't going to bother updating anything.

IF we do it here, there is more we can do.

Sorry LEX, I was being sarcastic in pointing out that steiny has a detailed method for doing this yet they seem to get lost and just find their way into the new number such as C5, they never fix the big ones. I find it POINTLESS to waste my time doing repros for them when they wont fix it anyways, waste of time IMO. Im DONE trying to move the elephant:eusa_wall:

Well, as a group we can help to confirm or deny problems without SB hanging over our heads or banning/locking threads.

Step 1) See what bugs in C5 still exist from C4.
Step 2) see what new bug exist in C5.

Brian from SB USA has already stated his involvement in helping parlay information of bugs, without the use of the SB forums.

The problem is the the bug info gets parlayed to file 99 once it hits the Mothership regardless of the messengers fine intentions. Steiny has NO intention of treating you Nuendo guys as professionals, theyve made that pretty obvious to me. Youve just bought one of their apps, nothing more IMO

So you spend all that time to come up with a BUG list so that you the user can instruct the companies supporters how to work around the bug. Something is gravely wrong with this picture.

Im gonna let C5 fly on bye here, Ive had enough of a broken app.

Im not going to be the guy who buys the upgrade hoping for a BUG fix anymore. I should want to upgrade for other reasons than bug fixes
thats the reality here. Ive ONLY upgraded because the thing has been BROKEN with each release since SX1, No MAS
