Hi....

I did a little digging and the kind folks at Steiny/Yam Canada informed me of the following, and I quote:

"We were notified by Steinberg that the first shipment for Canada will be ship from their warehouse this Friday, Jan 30th. Given our normal turnaround time on incoming Steinberg shipments, we anticipate that we will be able to start supplying products to resellers in Mid-February".

So, the mid-Feb date is not as soon as I would like, thought I would share that with you, so those who have ordered can feel one micron better about the wait!

Cheers! :bouncy:

Hi!

Some more update for the frozen few up here in Canada.... Got a message from the nice folks at Steiny/Yam Canada, thought I would share.... (email received today at 4:00pm)

"Just wanted to let you know that the first Cubase 5 shipment has literally just come off the trucks in our warehouse. There are probably a few administrative steps that need to happen because this is a new product for us, but I expect it will be shipping to resellers, including Music Marketing, in the next couple of days. You’ll probably be enjoying the great new features within a week."

Cheers
R

Just as an update to my fellow Canadians, Music Marketing (SB Canada) has now received the CS4->C5 upgrades which were back ordered since January, and are beginning to ship today. Mine should be arriving Monday! :bouncy:

Most of the C4->C5 updates were shipped in the first batch, I know of a few others like myself who have been waiting for the back-ordered stock!

Happy Cubasing!
