I got confirmation of my request for a grace period update today but apparently it can take up to 6 weeks to process :-(

As I am so good at being patient (Ha!), and seeing that Europeans are already peeling the shrinkwrap off their C5 boxes, I emailed Steinberg Canada (Music Marketing Inc) again http://www.steinbergcanada.com and asked if things had sped up at all for Canada, and got the same answer as before (however it was from the warehouse manager this time) that we don't see anything here until mid-February - he avoided answering my direct question as to whether the stock had actually hit the ground here.

So, we wait, and wait and wait...:sulkoff:

Guess, I'll get mine tomorrow.
It took them longer to get V5 into the shops of their hometown ( I'm from Hamburg ),
than to send it to Belgium ....
