The 1084 reissue retails for about 4 grand. 1X8 is 32 grand then you have the cost of the sidecart chassis, electronics and cabling. So I think it's about right. Now if someone is willing to buy it is a different story. Rich person with expendable money most likely. I personally love everything Neve.

ah yes, I loved recording on the old big neve consoles at Sound City in the late 70's. God those boards were great. Don't know if they may still have them. .....but no plans to spend $40k on 8 channels............

hmmm. makes me want to go check out the one i saw yesterday... it was an old piece and they wanted like $5k for it... where the hell did i see that??

I have a Neve BCM-10 console for sale, with 4 Neve 1073's and 6 Neve 1066's, fully flight cased, 2 power supplies and 10 channel breakout box with 10 genuine Neve line amps in it so that it can be used for tracking as well as mixing.
