By registering and/or using this forum you are considered agreeing to the following forum rules. Users that refuse to comply will be removed:

1. Spamming or trolling are not allowed. Spam registrants will be deleted immediately. Trolling users will be warned, then removed if failing to comply.

2. You agree not to attack other users verbally or otherwise, or use abusive, obscene, slanderous, hateful, threatening language against other users.

3. You agree not to post material or links to material that would be considered illegal in your country, or the hosting country of this forum, and accept personal responsibility for obeying your local laws, as well as the laws of the host country in that regard.

4. You agree not to post objectionable material or links to objectionable material (text or images), such as pornographic, obscene, hateful, racist, vulgar or violent images that may violate applicable laws. While the definition of what qualifies as objectionable material may vary, the forum moderators and administrators will work to evaluate any violations of this rule as fairly and in keeping with other forums as possible.

5. You agree not to post copyrighted material or links to copyrighted material you do not own the rights or permission to post. Forum administrators and moderators will do our best to remove material that violates these rules, but posters are responsible for any violation of these rules.

6. Respect other users, and understand that opinions, perceptions and viewpoints will differ. Even if you don't come expecting or wanting to be respected and treated fairly for whatever reason, you are still responsible for acting fairly and respectfully with other users.

7. New product announcements should be placed in the bulletin board section, and should be directly relevant to use with digital audio workstation software, such as Nuendo, Cubase, ProTools, Logic, etc (plugins, VSTi's, etc). Forum administration retains the right to limit the amount of advertising and remove irrelevant advertising.

8. This forum does not allow or tolerate piracy, or the use of cracked, stolen or illegal software.
We will remove users that do, or come to the forum looking for illegal software or downloads.

9. Forum administrators and moderators retain the right to remove posts, threads, or users that violate any of these rules, if the circumstances require. First course of action for users that violate these rules, or harass other posters will be temporary lock out. If, upon return, the user still insists on violating these rules or fails to abide by the requests of the administrators of this forum, that user will be permanently removed.

10. Keep posts relevant to the topic and post under the most appropriate sub forum or topic heading to maintain a better reading experience for other users.

Additional General Guidelines:

1. While not required, the administrators of this forum strongly encourage signing posts with your real name. Seeing a real person behind the posts tends to temper debates, arguments or disagreements. Remember, there is a real person behind the usernames.

2. As a general recommendation, have fun, learn, share advice, help other users troubleshoot, etc, but always remember that you may not be the final or ultimate authority on any topic, as there are likely many people in this world with more experience than you.

Thank you, and enjoy your time here!
