Quick heads up ..

When trying to enable multiple outs in GA3 , following the instructions merely tells you to enter the edit menu, enable the extra outputs and then on relaunching the VSTi, the added outputs will appear in the Mixer.

They left out one crucial point, unless you navigate to the VSTi instrument rack , and click the small icon just to the right of the name of the inserted instrument and enable the extra outputs, you will still only see the standard stereo out in the mixer..

Just a small oversight that had myself and a client scratching our heads for a while..

And no, its not in the manual , well not that we could find, or even the dialogue box that pops up when first enabling the extra outputs.. ?

I mean how hard would it have been to include one extra sentence in the instructions.. ?? :-(

I had the same confusion with Battery (though I didn't read the manual). In fact it goes for any multi-out VSTi as I think the rack only ever activates the first output by default. It'd be good to have a preference for the behaviour - i.e. All or First.

Oh you mean the seq4 Manual... , right.. :-)

Doh, I was still in seq 3 mode, you know, no brainer mode, activate multiple outputs in plugin, outputs appear.., silly me for thinking something so obvious is in fact no longer the MO.
