My eyes may deceive me... but take a look at this!

This is a HUGE leap forward IMO - we will wait and see if it continues in this manner.

Thoughts?

Sorry, but nothing new here. They started this officially over two years ago. Here:

Only difference now, is that the bugbase is viewable - which, BTW, it used to be. At first it was viewable, then they took it away, now it's back. Not a leap forward nor backward; it's just the same old SB.

Cheers.

Well, I prefer to see the glass half full, and having it viewable again is a step in the right direction.

There has been more activity by sb employees at the new forum - positive.
Confirmed Bugs are now viewable again - positive.

It just feels better for me, thats all. Will see how it all pans out of course.

Listing bugs is for sure a positive step but the real thing that matters is if that they fix them.

Then you are not looking at the glass realisticly.

There was more activity by SB employees on the old (recent) forum when that first went up (as compared to the one prior). That lasted for several months, and then it dwindled to an occasional here and there. You think it will be different now?

Yeah - the only problem is that the last time they did that, fewer bugs got fixed as opposed to when they were not viewable.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you have fallen into the trap. The trap has a name. It's Smoke And Mirrors.

Cheers.
