Best Guitar notation/tablature softwawre?

Any ideas? I usually temp guitar parts with midi samples until I get an idea of how a song might go harmonically/melodically and then record real guitars. Is there a guitar oriented software that will spit out tabs from a midi file? Not only that but with the ability to transpose to different fretboad finger positions?
