How do I reset/set back to default the time signature in Open Key Editor. Now every time I try to set the notation, they are playing too fast(Too fast to be heard...Like...they are playing at microsecond speed.).
I tried reinstalling but the settings are still there.

Time signature (Tempo) is set in the Transport Bar... The Key Editor lets you play with quantization and time warp among other things...
You'll need to be a bit more specific about the tool you're playing with. Which version of Nuendo?

The bars are divided...1.2...1.3...1.4....Before it was clser. I need a default setting or setting in general that allows the notes to be played at the interval I want, and not a predetermined/pereset interval(one second, minute, etc). Before I had the option to choose the length with the Draw setting..instead of every note paying in one second, as I had said.

So, you're drawing notes and you want to change the note duration interval??
Change the grid/quantizing level... Look at the quantizing options from the top tool bar in the Key Editor.
The quantizing setting will determine the relative note duration, the difference between using 1/4 notes and using 1/128th notes... (which essentially creates 128 divisions of one bar). It will change your note grid. If you select 128th triplets, you can sound like a machine gun... ;-)
This is the formula I live by:
a. Read the manual
b. Push buttons, see what happens.
c. Read the manual again
d. Push more buttons, see what happens.
e. Ask/answer questions in forums.
OK, I don't actually live by it... it's a glorified ideal... I often get into trouble when I skip "a" through "d"... and I have a habit of skipping "a"...
I've found "b" is the most important, because some things just aren't in the manual.
But, if I don't read the manual before asking questions, I don't know the correct terms to describe the issue.

How can I change thw grid back to default so a 1/4 note doesn't take up the whole screen?

Post a full resolution screen image of what your editor window looks like right now.... I need to get off my laptop and back to the Nuendo box...

Eureka!
What about rest marks in the score editor?
I'm working on my first score. I need to send it to a saxophonist. Crazy cyber collaboration.

I'm going to bounce this over to the Midi/Orchestration subforum where the experts hang out...
