I haven't used Ozone; I do have T-Racks. My feeling is T-Racks is higher end. I know a couple of people using it. One friend has a ProTools HD3 rig with tons of plugs including most all the Waves. He generates more polished music than most anyone and relies heavily on the T-Racks stuff. Gets a lot of volume with a lot of clarity and feeling of dynamics intact. He's the main reason I purchased it, and I've been duly impressed myself, but use it more for composing orchestral or hybrid cues while he uses it for country, pop, and rock productions.
A number of the plugs have an oversampling mode you can choose, but at big cpu hit. That is where the extra clarity comes into play.
Why am I going on about it? Just download the demos! 7 or 10 days, full features.

Ozone if I had to.
Although, I prefer individual plugs and processing.
