Hello

I Use Nuendo 5 since 2 weeks on my macintosh and It work great except the video.
Steinberg said it's a new an powerfull videoengine, but for me it's working worse than Nuendo 4.
My setup is macpro octo processeur, RME multiface, Decklink studio and euphonix artist mixer.
I use quicktime video file encoded in DV (SD) and the picture strobe on travelling, zoom or panoramic mouvements.
Somebody can confirm that?

Are you sure the codec is what works with Decklink? I've heard alot of people say that PJPEG works excellent with decklink.

Get MPEG Streamclip, convert to pjpeg and try that.

Yes I already do with quicktimepro to convert to photojpeg (recommended by blacmagic).
I try also with native uncompressed blackmagic codec (digitalize with madiaexpress the blacmagic software).
I try also H264 , and it's alway the same.
I don't think it's a codec problem

I'm not sure I understand what problem you are having.

Is it the picture won't play? Studders (try a different drive)?

Did you try the tips in the tutorial posted Here (http://www.cubendo.com/showthread.php?2128-Tutorial-how-to-encode-video-for-the-new-video-engine-in-C5.5-and-N5)

I install the last driver from blackmagic and the video is running now more smotly.
The driver I install before was 3 week old, time is going so fast....
