Sample Rate changing ramdomly

Has anyone experienced the random change of sample rate while a project is open? I'm pretty sure that it is my interface (Fireface 800), but just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone else has experienced it. I just updated to the most recent driver for the FF800 and I believe that is the culprit. Rolled it back, so we'll see if that fixed it.

Just a thought,

Make sure Windows System Sounds are Off, and that the Fireface Driver is not being mapped..
