Hi there,

In the Renamer in the pool (one of Neundo's best little secrets) it would be great if there was an option to include the time code of the files start time in the project (if that file is referenced in the project). For example: the file 1m1_Brass_stem could be named:

1-00-02-24_1m1_Brass_stem

or

1m1_Brass_stem_1-00-02-24

so the choice for prefix would be hr-min-sec-fr_ and for suffix _hr-min-sec-fr

It would also be nice if Nuendo could make audio files from audio parts in the project window (like Cubase could 10 years ago) without having to resort to "Events to Regions"... open pool.. bounce audio.. replace.. blah blah...

Re: time code in file name
The renaming function already does that - it is called "Project Time", and you can add it as a pre- or suffix or whatever the pattern you need.

Ahhh.... I requested that ages ago... and I don't have N4 yet... I guess that's one feature I'm missing in N3 :D

Yep - and you can choose several formats - simultaneously.
Name + bars and beats + TC, for example - in either full or compact format. You can add additional 'conspicuous' characters which the PLE can identify to influence, for example, the character string around hours or beats.
Apart from that, hate it.
