Sync Cubendo to Video

What hardware and software would I need to sync C5 to a quicktime video that's stripped with SMPTE? I envision a video computer that provides the clock. What are you guys using to get good sync between video and your cubendo?

I try many different player to get a good video in sync with with my nuendo 5.
Best result is this setup:

Audio : Nuendo 5 on macpro 8core
Sync internal
vst systemlink to output spdif (rme pci card)

Video : nuendo 4 on G5 bipro (old one) with decklink video card
Sync vst systemlink input spdif optique ( input of the mac )
mode chase

It work very good (good picture) and the sync is perfect ( play, rew, jog )

I use the fonction "share screen" on the mac of the video.
And I can remote it from the main mac ( the audio ) with a free software called " chicken of the VNC". it work with the ethernet connection.

If it can help you...
I supose this setup can work on windows hardware.
