audio to midi?

Anyone know of a good app to convert audio to midi? I tried Melodyne and it kind of sucks. Doesn't export a lot of dynamics like pitch bending. I used to use Studio Vision Pro back in the day because it had a really good conversion tool. I'd like to get a modern equivalent, volume and pitchbend cc a must

Wow.. with C5, I have not had to touch Melodyne for this. But, I have not tried that before, and did not know it was possible. Would be nice, as I will use this sometimes to "remember" how I played something on guitar.
