No Avatars for me

Am able to add a profile picture, but not use an avatar. Can a mod please fix?

what is it doing? You should see a button that says Choose file or something towards the bottom when you go to avatar in the user control panel.

okay Andrew. Try now. It was disabled by default for registered users. Sorry about that.

No Avatar or profile pic is available here, give an error when trying. Size is way under the limit

Working now I think, shows BB images and HTML linking and such is still OFF though
