Methinks their server is not up to the task, you might want to give it a while.

When I first got into DAWs in the late 90's TC Native Reverb was the first reverb I liked and used.

M30 Studio Reverb Service Release

Hey folks,
A couple of weeks ago you signed up to get our free M30 Reverb.

The reaction we've had to this free plug-in has been quite overwhelming, and we are now ready with a service update that takes care of a couple of bugs that have been found in the first version (1.0.1).
There were problems running M30 with certain Mac systems, and the Decay Time parameter was not showing correct values.

<snip>

Please note that during the original 3-day campaign our servers were under heavy stress, which meant that not everyone was able to download the M30 plug-in on the first attempt. If this happens again, please bear with us and try again later.

Enjoy!

Best Regards,
TC Electronic
