Just bought a unlimited license for the upcoming vb4. Looks like a lot of cool new stuff I think we can make use of. Projects (for bug tracking), Blogs (so we can all spout off on our own page), Widgets (for custom stuff, mp3s in our profiles maybe?), lots of other cool stuff like embedded video supported natively.
you check out the beta build here http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum.php
But of course we can customize the look.

Hey Stacey,
It took the plunge as well for the DAWbench Forum... :-)
Looks like we have some work to do over the X-Mas break again, saddle up... :D

You bought vb4 upgrade? cool. I was needing to renew our lease coming up but this presale deal actually worked out for the best since I get a unlimited license for $130.

I just upgraded to the Publishing Suite, is that what you mean by the unlimited licence.
The new CMS features look really cool, so I ponied up for the DAWbench Forum as well.
Cost me $210.00 all up, as my licence had expired a few years back.

Wow- looks nice!
Sorry to hijack (sorta), but curiosity got me: Why choose vb4 over phpbb? Security? The additional feature set(s), such as the CMS aspect? Or simple personal preference/experience? Just curious! :D

Really looking / feeling good. I love the idea of using projects as a bug tracker...
Thanks for all the effort in putting it together. Is muchly appreciated by many!
Cheers, Brendan.

Man, I thought I was at the wrong place when I stopped by earlier today. With no Cubendo logos and stuff.
Anyone else check the box to stay logged in , but have to log in anyway after leaving?

Is there anything that can be done about the colours? I find it all too pale.

Hey Dave,
I noticed that too, but then discovered its only the front page, if you click into a thread you are actually logged in.
I think its a bug.

Quick Update.
If you go to the front page without www in the address , i.e http://cubendo.com/ , it lists you as not logged in, if you navigate using http://www.cubendo.com/ , its fine.

That must be it as I haven't been having a problem. Lex, make sure you have the correct address.
