Hi!
VE Pro is in the last days of the special deal (145 euro now, 195 euro in 2 more days I think? I would pay in US, no idea of converted rate offhand.). I have not been able to demo yet, but have read a lot about it, and experiences.

No RTAS support for Windows? Anyone know if they will be adding it?

I want to run my main, common use VI's in a second app. I can load my drum VI, piano, etc in W7x64 and thus have access to that 12G ram I have installed, even while using a 32-bit version of my DAWquencer (be it Cubendo, Reaper, Sonar, etc). I like it because this way I do not have to reload an entire drum kit over and over as I switch between songs that use the same kit.. for instance.

So.. opinions pls. Would I be best served, if using W7x64, by simply utilizing ReWire + say, Reaper (Reaper hosts VI's in this case) into a host DAWquencer; or is VE Pro a far better solution (seems so to me..)? Would jBridge provide anything? Is there another single computer option I am missing?

VI's I would likely want to load outside my host: Superior 2 (large kit), Ivory, B4II, Electric Piano of some kind (maybe Kontakt, maybe other), Absynth, and a few others possibly.

RTAS for Windows may be added, if there is enough demand. It hasn't ever been a possibility with Vienna instruments over the last four years, because it's such cr*p. :icon_lol:

As far as the rest, you really should check out the demo, because nobody can know your way of working, except you.

Is there really only a few more days for the reduced rate? Guess I need to buy it then.
