Calling all Aussies. Mick from Mixmasters is asking to keep an eye out for stolen new equipment. They got done last Sat night whilst everyone was watching the Footy.

Here's the list of equipment. There's a lot of UAD cards which are useless as they need to be registered.

Vin, if I have placed this in the wrong forum, please move to the correct space.

Thanks

Ouch - but go easy on the CAPS Mr Wordley!

Seriously, burglaries really really suck.

I was about to say the same thing..

I like Mick, I think he is a cool guy and am sad to hear some low lifes have rolled him , but if I received this email I would have taken it as he was yelling at me.

I'll definitely keep an eye and ear out, and I hope they catch these pricks and string them up by their balls.

Having no idea about the UAD's is going to be their downfall, as soon as one is registered they will have them hook line and sinker, or who ever bought it, but that should lead to the rats nest !!

Shit!

Sounds like the studio wasn't robbed, just the "distribution" part of the business... My heart skipped a beat when I read the subject line. I'd be shattered if the c12A's had gone from his studio... damn I luuuurrrrvvvveee recording with those.

But if everyone keeps their ears to the ground, something is bound to show up sooner or later. The serial numbers alone will be enough to trigger something.

On a lighter note, RADAR turned up from mick earlier this week... once the ADAT cards turn up, I'm going to spending much more time working it into the control room than sitting on forums in the morning :)

Ah... RADAR... (yup, its one brand that deserves its capital letters....hehehe)

Cheers!
